Charter Services & Growth Director

The Charter Services & Growth Director serves as a key leader ensuring Grove Montessori’s compliance, sustainability, and growth as a public charter school. This role manages charter authorization requirements, charter-wide finance and operations, compliance in specialized areas (such as facilities, food service, enrollment, and student support), and long-term growth initiatives including fundraising and strategic partnerships. The Director works closely with Teacher Leaders, the school board, and the school’s back-office and authorizing partners to ensure smooth operations and strong alignment with Montessori and Wildflower values.  Apply here!
