Teacher Leader

The Teacher Leader serves as a co-founder and co-operator of Grove Montessori’s Wildflower microschool, blending authentic Montessori teaching with the day-to-day leadership required to run a startup public charter school. This role includes co-teaching children ages 6–12, leading family engagement and community outreach, managing key school operations such as enrollment and compliance, and helping steward the school’s long-term growth. Teacher Leaders work in partnership with one another, the school board, and Wildflower’s network partners to build a joyful, inclusive learning environment grounded in Montessori principles and community-rooted values. Apply here!
